Kuwait-Mubasher: Sanam Real Estate will exit external investments in the coming period, in order to restructure the firm, said chairman Tarek Bouresli.

Sanam will exit some of its assets in the UAE during 2015, the chairman said on the sidelines of the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Sunday.

The OGM has agreed on freezing dividends for the fiscal year 2014.

Bouresli noted that Sanam’s financial status is good, as it has no debts to pay.

Sanam is considering new opportunities by cooperating with Saudi Holding Projects Group.
